The ONLY shop on this mountain I will go to. The owners are AMAZING, staff is very pleasant and outgoing. I am always greeted with the best customer service and I've never had to go elsewhere to have my nails fixed when I leave there!! 😉
They are so nice, keep a conversation going if you would like or let you relax. Listen to what you want, and your nails look wonderful.
I’ve visited many nails spots on the mountain, I had NOT been Impressed until I got referred to acute nails and my experience was AMAZING!! I love my nails and they are very professional and very friendly ... I would recommend them ❤️
Had a really great experience! It was my mom's first time getting a pedicure so I was really hoping it would go well. We had a great time and loved our pedicures! I wish this salon was where I live so I could go all the time
I waited 30 minutes with an appointment, which was fine. What I didn't like was how the tech criticized my feet during the appointment and then look around to see if the other customers were watching (which they were) and that was both humiliating and unacceptable behavior. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to leave without the full service, which they still expected full payment for and seemed confused as to why I was leaving. I went there to relax and not to be grilled by their tech on why he doesn't like my feet. I won't share what he said but I will encourage anyone reading this to go to a salon where you will be treated like a person and not like a piece of trash. I will never go back.
