Bob Evans

I ordered pumpkin and apple pie for Thanksgiving from Bob Evans. I have done this in the past and have been pleased. This year I received a fully cooked frozen pie in a box giving me instructions on how to thaw, heat, and serve. If I wanted a boxed frozen pie I could have gone to any grocery store and received the same. The price was the same as if it was fresh. When I ordered someone should have told me that I was ordering a boxed pie. Instead I thought I was ordering the same quality pie I previously received. Lesson learned! Don't trust Bob Evans for orders!

I was very disappointed with the food. I have never been dissatisfied with a Bob Evans Ordered before. I ordered the cinnamon sugar donut bites and the icing was ice cold. It was so cold you couldn't even dip the bites and get any icing. Finally got the waitresses attention to heat it up by the time that happened then the bites were cold. She didn't offer to replace them. My sons both ordered burgers which were not done all the way. The middle of the burgers were much pinker than they like but they were so hungry and it took our waitress so long to come back and check on us they just ate what they could. I ordered the pot roast. It didn't taste terrible but it was a little drier than I am used to. Normally there is a good amount of gravy on the dish this time there was only a little on the meat and that was it. Our waitress seemed bothered if you asked for additional items when she actually checked on us so it got to the point where I didn't even want to ask her for anything else. When she was at the table next to mine and I was trying to get her attention before she left to let her know about the icing it seemed like she was ignoring me. The other table had to call her back and tell her we needed her. It was approximately 6:30 in the evening when I went but they weren't packed so it isn't like she should have been over extended.

I am obsessed with the sunshine skillet from Bob Evans. It's AMAZING and would probably be my last meal lol. We had Sherry both times and she's always so friendly with a smile on her face. Will definitely be going back..... frequently lol

Great customer service by Aliya today. While trying to make payment for my meal, I experienced issues with credit card. She patiently waited for me to resolve the situation and complete payment. I’ve seen occasions at other establishments when employees badger or harass customers in a similar situation but Aliya did not do such to me. I appreciate her demeanor and respectful actions

They forgot the gravy and u can't have turkey day without, went back and manager made up to me . Name might have been gloria should have written down but kept good customer so great job all the employees working very hard getting the premade dinner s together .
