They started by spending over 3 hours professionally photographing and staging our home. Dustin answered the phone EVERY time I called. And called me in off hours when important-communication was excellent. The house sold quickly and at a good price and with no headaches.

The Parker Group has performed their duties with expertise and professionalism. They have been great at communicating expertly with each step of the process. They have been able and willing to offer guidance an explanations when necessary. They were always responsive to anything that was asked. I could not be happier with their work. They were professional without being intimidating, and their results are tremendous. I am very happy with their work and am very happy to refer them to friends and family. If I could give them mire than 5 stars I would.

We are currently working with Liz Mantey. She is incredible. We are moving from out of state and since the beginning of the process she has been extremely open to all of my questions. Megan and Bill were such a pleasure to work with through every step of our process in purchasing our new home in Lewes. The Parker Group had a great team of support for us after we made our offer, making sure we had all of the information submitted via dotloop electronic document signing, and worked well with our out of town mortgage broker and Attorney at Wolfe and Associates. We are already considering purchasing a rental property in a couple years and will definitely be giving Megan & Bill a call when we do and will enthusiastically recommend them to our friends and family.nnNow that the Parker Group has an office on 2nd Street, it makes it even more convenient for us!
