Turns out they do not service my type of AC unit. ...so they waived the service charge. Extremely professional.
Totally ripped me off. Charged me $960 to recharge my AC. They charged me over $100/lb for R22 that cost $17/lb to buy on ebay. And most importantly, they did not tell me what it was going to cost until after they did the work. That is practically stealing. You must be told what the repair will cost before you agree to have the work done. They do not do that. They lead you on and then stick it to you. STAY AWAY.
July 2020, repair call made. Representative was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. In a scary era of Coronavirus, he was also masked and kept his distance for the entire visit.nExcellent service all around.
They were awesome came when they said they would had the AC unit back running within 2 hours, we had several issues. We were happy with the amount they charged.
waited 2 weeks for appointment .which was fine Given a 4 hour window and was receive text when tech was arriving . Text never came through and tech left note on door that he was there but no one home no attempt to call or 2nd text. Texted company back and they said i shouldn't get so angry over missing a checkup service call
