The worst rental check in at 119th street. Never again.

They hire on SLUMLORDS to work for them! Anita Kurrle and her husband Charlie Kurrle are the biggest SLUMLORDS out there! There property at 31904 York drive should be condemned! It has such a high content of mold in it! Many issues with the property! They just put a bandaid over it! There is a report with the city of Salisbury vmd with 16 code violations! And I NO all of it was not fixed! There is black in the walls! So I do not NO how it passed thru a real inspection! Who did they pay off for that!

There cleaning crew are sub par. The tile floor throughout was so dirty my feet were black. Wish I could have posted pictures. We will contact the owners and let them know how dirty there place is when they are not here.
