Michael Nolen is top notch as both a Realtor and an advisor. We selected Michael because we were not just looking for a real estate agent, but a true expert, with deep experience in the area. After reviewing his blogs and a very in-depth phone consultation, we knew he was the one. Our experience with Michael proved that he is the best in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Ocean City, MD area, the investment and vacation rental market, and provided the advice we needed. He was very systematic, methodical and organized from the very beginning, making our search efficient and effective. We were equally pleased with the level of transparency, feedback and guidance on properties. Michael was highly available and flexible to work with us the way we wanted, and that continued even beyond closing. We highly recommend working with Michael and will certainly be working with him again.

Michael Nolen was able to get the deal we wanted. Overall, we were very happy with the job he has done in helping us buy a multi family apartment in Ocean City, MD. He knows the market well, was very helpful with advice and local real estate insights. At the end, we were able to get the deal for 20% lower than the appraised value. Michael always replied when we needed him, any time of the day/week. In the future, I will definitely work with him again if any good opportunity comes along.

From start to finish, Mike was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about the Ocean City area, which was important to us as first time homebuyers at the beach. He knows the ins and outs of the real estate market here, as well as some of the finer details which would have escaped us. He was always available, even when we had questions late in the afternoon or evening. If he did not know the answer, he researched it thoroughly and got back to us quickly. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

Michael was patient, accessible, knowledgeable, honest, and kind throughout our recent beach condo buying experience. He was always available to answer our questions and met with us a number of weekends in search of our beach house. He was realistic and never pressure us. I have and will continue to recommend Michael to anyone looking to purchase a property in OCMD.

I am somewhat late in writing this review as my wife and I bought a condo in OC back in October. Michael was extremely hard working and flexible in showing us possible properties. He was knowledgeable about how the whole rental system worked. He always showed the pros and cons to those properties we were considering. Finally he was helpful as we approached and executed the closing. I would turn to Michael if I did this again.
