The most rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, nasty people. Must really enjoy getting people's vacations off to terrible starts because it's the same year after year. Just awful people.

It very sad to know that the managers, owners of this company does not display fair business practices. As a life long resident of OC from many generations, I am ashamed of how they conduct themselves with fellow businesses in the area and the way the treat many of the visitors who come to Ocean City.

Horrible all around! When we checked in we had issues with the not-so-friendly front desk lady (not naming). The owner (also at this time not naming) of Paradise Properties LLC was involved as we sent an email with our complaints. While checking in the front desk lady snatched the key back out of my husbands hands and told him we would have to pay a fee for something that legally we never should have had to pay.nnWhen we arrived at our unit, we always put dishes in the dishwasher and wash all bedding just as precautionary. We spray disinfectant as well as vacuum just Incase of anything on the carpets that we might step on and get hurt.nHealth wise you can never be too safe in today’s world. As my husband began to load the dishwasher he found two bowls that were covered in what looked to be animal fur. We took photos and sent them in an email to the owner. The beds were made and looked tidy. Sheets were dingy looking and did not have a clean smell. However, being December, sheets may sit for a bit after being washed and may lose their fresh smell. Not saying they weren’t clean. As the dishwasher and laundry was going I began to vacuum and of course it didn’t seem to pick up correctly. Upon inspection of the vacuum it was loaded with dust, dander, animal and human hair, sand and dirt. We took videos of each part of the vacuum I took apart to clean. Then as I vac each room I showed how much came off the carpets. For a room that should have been cleaned for the next guests, the carpets surely were not vacuumed in a while. The vac had not been properly emptied or cleaned and the filter was so clogged it had at least 1/4” of dust, dirt, filth caked on to it I had to scrap it off into a bag with the lid to the filter compartment.nThe next morning the owner sent the cleaning lady in charge of the cleaning crews out to our unit. We showed her all the above. She apologized and asked what we needed for her to do for us. She was unbelievably kind, great with communication and was very willing to help us in anyway. We explained at this point we got the cleaning supplies and we took care of cleaning our selves. She again offered to do whatever was needed. She told us that when animals are in the unit the owners policy is that a carpet cleaning company come in to deep clean. She asked if we wanted that and we said yes. She reported to the owner that we requested it. She said they would be there that day. No one showed or called.
