I dealt with this firm for several weeks now on a property owned by Sundowners Inc. I have been jerked around with the fully furnished property at 13410 Sinepuxent Ave. First the owner wanted the sleep number bed. I offered to buy, but reduced the asking price. Then the seller said the outdoor furniture she was taking, so I went and brought new outdoor furniture that is sitting in the unit in boxes. When I went for the visual inspection saw there was no washer/dryer when I had an email that said there was. By the way all email responses to me were deleted by them. I reduced the price again to accommodate for the washer/dryer combo. Just today got a firm acceptance for the lower price of 126,000. Then my lawyer I hired to protect me said she got an email from them asking for the full listing price of 129,900. Stay away from this realtor or you will be jerked around on a rocky road!
