Disappointing. I rented a house that had several issues during my stay, and while those were not the fault of Long and Foster I *did* leave an honest review on their website. They have chosen not to publish that review, and in fact they only show a single review for that property which coincidentally happens to be positive.nnHonest feedback should not be swept under the rug. Maybe if the owner was unable to rent the property as frequently because potential renters were aware of issues in advance, they would actually do something about it. Look elsewhere.

My wife and I rented a property 164 Henlopen Ave. The home owner of the property had not notified long and foster of tue broken washer machine until the day I arrived and told Long and Foster. Lomg and Foster contacted the home owner and told him of this and he was aware. He told long and foster he didn't want them to fix it but will schedule it himself which was supposed to be a week after we had left. Kyle of long and foster is the greatest. Not only was he nice and sympathetic to my wife and I he came and picked up our laundry so we didn't have to worry about it. I will definitely rent again from long and foster. I just will never rent 164 Henelopen ever again.
