My daughter rented a home near the beach from 10/9 to10/12/2020. We had to change plans. We had to call them numerous times. The service and their response was superb. Further, the house was perfect in every way. Then they went above board and called when they found my reading glasses. They did not hesitate for a minute in sending me my glasses which they had to wrap and pay to send. I could not believe it. I intend to only rent from them in the future. Thank you very much. We filled out a survey that Berkshire Hathaway sent to me after we were done closing on our house. We kindly put on the survey how our experience was and asked to have someone call us back. That was 6 months ago and we still haven't heard back. Our experience was awful with our realtor and was hoping we would at least get a follow up with management. Our goal for this was to kindly discuss how our expectations were not met whatsoever before writing a review.....
