Lovely place, great for family’s. Short walk to the boardwalk and a great private beach areas.

Typical oceanfront condo. My only beef is the fact that the elevator doesn't go down to the garage.

Great location right on the boardwalk with ocean views on the side we always stay. Parking is accessible with a guest pass also for use in non-metered street parking. The apartments are in good shape and more than adequate for a beach stay. Small kitchen is basic but honestly, we eat out most of the time so not an issue for us. It's far enough down the boardwalk that drunk revelry isn't usually a problem. But the location is walking distance to the heart of Rehoboth and lots of restaurants and bars. Yes, the Wi-Fi is free, decent but not great. There is a line of evergreen shrubs that provide some privacy for the 1st floor apartment we favor.

They have the cutest receptionist I believe her name was Olivia and she couldn't have been nicer 5 stars for her alone

I've done work there. Management is very nice and easy going .
