Condo 311 is outdated. It’s obvious the money they make doesn’t go back into the condo. Walls are paper thin. At night you can hear all street noise. No wifi. Pros - Condo is close to beach and boardwalk and has a nice size patio. We will not be staying here again.

Patrician Towers is a well maintained condo with a friendly staff. Many of the units are available for weekly rental year round. They have 1 - 4 bedroom units. A nice pool on the roof and wifi. It also has underground parking and an elevator. It is very well located, it is a short walk to everything downtown.
