Quality Dry Cleaning

Brought in a pair of mens slacks with a pen stain. They were not sure if they could remove the stain. They got the black ink stain reduced, but still highly visible on these khaki slacks. When I asked if I owed them anything, they replied $6.75. That is ridiculous when you didn't remove the stain. These are unwearable with this stain. I'm very unhappy with this business. They may do other things well, but don't expect full payment when you did not get the stain out!

This person should not be in business. If you ever go here, make sure this man writes down the price, at the very least. This business is run like the owner is on witness protection (a front). The first smoke signal is the fact that he wants a full week+1 day to turn your order around. I dropped off my clothes on Friday, midday, needing my clothes no later than Thursday close of business. I left a message over the weekend requesting the price and delivery time table, which was not returned. I'm leaving town Friday morning, so I had my wife follow up to make sure we didn't have complications. He tells my wife Friday. She asked for a time and he said around noon. She mentioned my message to him and my need to have the order by Thursday. He tells my wife ( a woman) "Aint gonna happen". So I call this dude up and reiterate my need to have the order back by close of business Thursday. He tells me he can't have it back before Friday, so I tell him I'll pick my clothes up and use someone else. He then tells me that he's already "Washed" the clothes, so if I pick them up, I'd have to pay, at which, I laughed. So, the clothes have been washed as of Monday, but there is no way they can be prepared before Friday? He had no answer. Why do you need a week + half the day on Friday? He tells me "Policy". I tell him I'll be up to get my clothes. He then calls my wife back to let her know that, miraculously, the clothes would be ready by Thursday and that the cost was roughly $55.00 (which he never wrote on the ticket). I got a call on Wednesday saying the clothes were ready. My wife goes to pick the order up....$76.00. I ask her just to pay it and be done with "Quality" cleaners. Save yourself some time and trouble and drive passed quality cleaners. If you find yourself in a bind, expect to be treated as though the business model expects ro be able to abuse you. More than anything else, make this crook write down the price before you leave.

Good job and decent prices

I wish to thank Sharon for the rush job she did on my Army Service Uniform today. She even surprised me by paying for it which wasn't expected. I guess today was just my lucky day and because she supports the service I am doing for our country. Thank you and hope you have continued support for your business. Dylen Kirk-US Army
