Five Guys

Online ordering was a breeze. Pickup was a mess. Order said it would be ready at 6:44 and I waited for 23 mins once I arrived.

Food has always been consistent. A bit pricey but the consistency makes it worth it. if you crave a burger this is my choice.

Waited fifteen minutes for a hot dog. The employees have absolutely no sense of service here. I only came here today to support a local business but that was a mistake. I opened the package and ate the hot dog right away it was a lukewarm but I didn't feel like waiting another 15 minutes to get another hotdog. Be assured I will not come here again or any other five guys. the only good thing about this experience as I know that the people who eat here we'll be tourists who are not locals.

I love their hamburgers and fries. If I want a hamburger and a Five Guys is around, that is where I am going. Beats every other burger place around. The one on Rehobeth Avenue is taking orders online and at the front door. The seating area inside (no outside seating) is closed. Be sure to bring some cash to tip. The employees are working hard to deliver food as fast and safe as possible. Help them out!!!

I usually love going To five guys because they have some of the best burgers and today my boyfriend and I were craving some! I placed a call in order for two burgers, one with mayo and one without for my boyfriend and I. I picked up the burgers and everything went smoothly then I noticed they had milkshakes so I decided to order one as well. Upon doing that one of the kitchen workers starting yelling and cursing saying stop ordering from here and just flipping out for no apparent reason. It was very startling, considering I was standing outside the restaurant and could hear it loud and clear. (They are currently not letting anyone inside due to Covid which was why I was outside.) anyways that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. On top of that they put mayo on both burgers when I specified just ketchup on the one. After this I don’t think I will be frequenting this five guys location.
