How do I post negative stars. Unresponsive. Lied about what to list house for. Wouldnt lower asking price, so he could sell houses he flipped in the area. David truly is a terrible horrible rotten human being.

Wow is all I can say. Went over and beyond what was expected. Kept us in the loop thruout the whole process. Was straight forward and didn't give us any pie in the sky numbers. We appreciated the honesty.

Dave, and his team are absolutely incredible. He went over and above throughout our home buying process, was a great advocate and spent a lot of time helping us through a difficult buying experience (REO purchase) after he helped us find our dream home. He was very knowledgable about the area, local code requirements, and the lending process. He was patient, friendly, and we couldn't have done it without him. I would recommend River Beach Realty to anyone purchasing a home in Southern New Jersey, he is the best of the best! I honestly believe that we wouldn't be in this gorgeous home if it weren't for his wealth of knowledge and great negotiating skills!
