I first met Lakeisha Cunningham 10 years ago when I was considering selling my jointly-owned house. She worked very hard on early preparations and was completely gracious when I decided to buy my partner out. She stayed in touch with me every year thereafter, and I never forgot how impressed I had been.nWhen the time came for me (single owner) to sell - now (10 years later), everyone said I should at least interview a few other realtors and not just grab Lakeisha immediately. So, I did - I talked with three others, all of whom were very personable and had their own approaches and information.nBut there was really no question in my mind. Lakeisha it had to be.nDuring all the preparations, sometimes I felt anxious and overwhelmed.nLakeisha was wonderful - calm and helpful, always on time for meetings, respectful and and responsive.nLakeisha sold my house to the second person who looked at it the very first day for full-price. She really made the process smooth and easy. I could not recommend her more highly.

I had a great experience working with the Cunningham team. We worked with Brianna, who was wonderful. We were in search for a rental property with a pretty short time frame and she did her best to accommodate our requests. She was professional and kept in great communication with us throughout the whole process. Even though the rental we ended up finding was with another company, I was impressed by the initiative Brianna took to find us a place in time. Highly recommended!
