There’s not enough good things I can say about Tim Scully. He recently assisted my husband and me with the sale and purchase of properties. He is knowledgeable about New Castle County. All of his suggestions for getting our house ready for sale were reasonable. If any repairs have to be made, he has a large network of qualified professionals who are ready to act promptly to move the sale forward. Working with Tim on the purchase was enlightening. Although he would never admit it, he knows more about houses than most home inspection company workers. He responded immediately to any questions we had and his cheerfulness helped us through some anxious moments.
