I am so happy I picked Budget Rooter out of the phone book. (Yes people still use these!)nMichael and Jared were professional and efficient. I learned a few things from Michael about drain cleaners/garbage disposals. They were here and completed the job on same day I called. I will definitely call them for any future needs. Was the worst experience ever, a one day job took over a week. One wouldn't listen to the other,so I had to rip out my kitchen cabinet and counter top for no reason. The first 3 days they were never here more that 3 hours ud83dude21. I had to use them because of my insurance but never again. Feel like I/my insurance was way over charged.
Budget Rooter was an excellent choice to repair a water service line break in the front yard! Amanda and Kathy in the office were friendly and answered all our questions. Matt came and gave a very reasonable estimate but also went above and beyond to speak with me over the phone since the work was for my mother in law’s home and I couldn’t be there when he came out. She asked if he would mind talking to me over the phone and explaining what was going on and he didn't at all. He was respectful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The work was being scheduled during the holiday and during some bad rain but the office kept in touch with us as to when the team would be out to repair. The repair team arrived on time and was quick to get to work and fix the issue. They also kept us informed as to when they would be turning the water back on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!nWe HIGHLY recommend using Budget Rooter!!!!
Super speedy service, were able to come out same day within a few hours of my call. Michael and Jared were upfront about pricing before they got started after assessing the problem, and once started on the work they talked me through it all.
