The Cheesecake Factory

Visited on Saturday. The service was amazing. We had the spicy shrimp appetizer, Chicken Rieslieng, chicken parm pizza style, and an oreo milkshake to go. Everything was delicious. We both brought home half our entrees for a hearty next day lunch. We can't wait to visit again. My only negative is we had a 4:15 reservation. We arrived early and checked in at 3:55 and the hostess said she would be able to seat us early.and to wait for their text. At 4:30 I went back to the stand and a different confused hostess seated us immediately and was very apologetic and nice. They were extremely busy with a lot of people waiting and many pick up orders. I would definitely recommend a reservation or getting on the wait list before a walk around the mall. And if you dont receive a text when promised, wait 10 min and check back in.

Pretty busy evening. Food was really good but came out cold. Sent it back and was fine. Asked for additional gravy and that was cold also. Again they warmed it up and it was fine. A bit frustrating but overall enjoyable evening.

The cheese cake is on point!!!!

1st time in 43 years of life I made it to Cheesecake Factory! Food was Excellent, didn't know what to expect for a menu, but they had a little of everything. Food all tasted FRESH, homemade, rich with complex flavors. Very impressed and PLEASANTLY Suprized with our BILL. Dont look at the Cheesecake before you eat, I ended up with two pieces, CINNABON Cheesecake is ALL you need!! After traveling home on a Sunday night (Family STARVING), 20 min till closing, with the Pandemic, they sat my wife and I with 4 kids. I felt terrible, but Shawn made us feel welcome. Excellent Decour, kids felt it was VERY Fancy. Treated Phenomenal.

I went during lunch time so was a bit busy, but server did not rush me or the rest of my party. Server was very pleasant & friendly. Was willing to explain what was being offered as lunch specials & the rest of the food. Great variety of food items. Employees are wearing masks & there is a QR code that customers scan upon entering the restaurant to view the menu. If you are anything like me, I find it a bit difficult to see everything listed on a digital menu, but I commend them for trying to keep things safe for their customers.
