Last month I called & inquired about a property & was told to go on website to pay fof the application fee & that I would get a call back. I didn't hear back so I called but was directed to a voicemail. I never received the call back which I felt was bad customer service because I was interested in working with a high rated property management company.

I had the opportunity to rent from Tenney Properties and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I can truly say Tenney properties is a business that puts the customers interests first. The place I rented was very well maintained and they would take care of any needs I had. They have very high standards for the upkeep of their properties, they had new carpet intstalled before I moved in because a previous tenant had not taken care of the place. If only I could have this great of an experience every time I move.

I don't know what the negative reviews are about, we had the best first renting experience anyone could possibly have with Tenney Properties. Dawn is amazing! She always returns phone calls right away or answers on the first call. We had an issue with the shower wall, and withing the next 2 days they sent people out to repair it brand new! If i could give them 1000 stars, I would. Also, Dawn made sure that we got our security deposit back, because she actually cares about her tenants. The condo we stayed at was very well up kept and maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Also, the people in the Tenney Properties office are also very nice (shout out to Stacy at the front desk!)

Dawn was rude and unprofessional my family and I are looking for a home up There and she was very rude wouldn’t help us find a home and wouldn’t contact owners for us to rent a home

IF i could we would give them 10 stars!!! We JUST wrapped up a 1 year lease with Tenney Properties in beautiful Show Low AZ and i can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with them!! Dawn Talbot who was our realtor on the lease has been nothing but kind to us and went out of her way to make sure all went well from beginning to the very end. We also had the true pleasure of working with Stacie at the front desk who by the way is one of the kindest people you could ever have to deal with!!!! she made our year long lease with Tenney Properties a plus! She will always be there if needed with that cute smile and laugh! I highly recommend them if you need to lease. We WILL miss Show Low..they helped us on our move there getting a beautiful place and on our move out..WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY TENANTS! AND thats not always easy to say 😊**********😊
