Royal Plumbing was the company that our home warranty company sent to fix our toilet on the second floor. I hadn’t heard of Royal and was a little skeptical about having strangers in my home because of the pandemic. Lauren, the woman from Royal Plumbing, called as soon as she got the order from the home warranty company to make an appointment with me for the next morning (I got lucky). She was very willing to consider my calendar and we set the appointment up quickly. I asked who the technician would be and Lauren was happy to give me his name.nnMy husband was home when the technicians arrived. They were held up at another job; Lauren had called to say that they would be late. Kingston and his helper were able to fix the toilet quickly. They were happy to explain what was wrong with the toilet and were also willing to answer the questions we had. The repair went as smoothly as you would hope any home repair would go. Kingston (the tech) was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I was thrilled that they cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending Royal Plumbing.
Royal plumbing , Nate and ?Tyrone?,, saved me last year. An incompetent plumber couldn't complete a repair they did in 15 minutes. They warned me of imminent future failure and listened to my continued problems. Of course it was the tip of the iceberg, I ended up having to replace my gas boiler. They worked as quick as possible and got it done! I know they didn't get paid enough due to my home insurance, but they were great anyway.nThis year I had a problem with the new heater, the gas would not ignite (new electronic is not always better than the old pilot light). Busy as usual, they were delayed, but completed.the problem in 30 minutes.nLauren is also the nicest, most responsive person you'll ever have to speak to when you need their help. She relays your messages immediately and gets back to you ASAP!nI would calls these guys any day!nKirsten
Royal Plumbing is simply amazing!! After dealing with a subpar plumbing company, royal Plumbing came in, stepped up and completed the job. We had to have our water heater replaced and worked with the home warranty company to have the job completed. Each employee I and/or my husband spoke with was professional and respectful. They entered our home assessed the situation and within days, we had a new water heater. It wasn't a pleasant two weeks without hot water, but Royal Plumbing was pleasant to work with. We highly recommend this company and would use them again outside of the home warranty.
Great communication and service from Royal Plumbing from the time my American Home Shield home warranty selected them for my garbage disposal issue. Royal Plumbing called the next day and set up an appointment for their technician to come the following day. I received texts and emails confirming the time. Trevon, the technician, was very efficient in diagnosing and repairing the issue. He wore a mask and was very professional. They followed up with a phone call after the work was done. I am pleasantly surprised how well the service was after hearing very bad experiences with companies that American Home Shield assigns. I would use Royal Plumbing again based on this experience.
Eric from Royal Plumbing came by to fix a few plumbing issues. He worked very quickly and got everything done well. When a problem that was fixed broke again, he came back and fixed it again completely. The customer service office is also very friendly and efficient. Recommend if you need any plumbing issues!
