We were having issues with the sewer pipes out in the back yard. I called for a couple of quotes, but Mr. Gary from Len the Plumber got us the best quote. He was very detailed in explaining the process and suggested what needs to be done. They took the job and started a few days later due to my part on waiting. Their team came and got everything done within 3 hours. Rufus and Brandon was awesome ! They got the fix and cleaned up everything so nicely. They even helped my dad got out a tree root that was digging for forever. I can tell they love what they do and they value their clients. Highly recommend anyone that needs any type of plumbing done, go find them! Worth every penny.

We had a well pump suddenly die in the night. Tired and uninformed, I reached out to Len the Plumber to request an urgent estimate. They had the name of a local brick and mortar and the online reviews seemed great. I should have done more digging, and I hope that others learn from my mistake.nnIt all seemed convenient and responsive, which is exactly what you want in an emergency. The scheduler responded to an online request form, and called me in the morning. They indicated that the service fee for sending a plumber was $50, and that that was all that I would owe if I didn't move forward with the work.nnThe plumber was punctual, and quickly arrived. After a very brief assessment, he gave me a $6500 estimate for a well pump replacement and some supplemental work that wasn't requested and didn't need completed. This was way above market rates, and I refused the service. Unhappy with his $50 service fee, he demanded that I pay a $244 diagnostic fee that wasn't previously discussed. I reluctantly did so.nnI quickly found another plumber able to do the work for a 1/4 of the price on the same day.nnWith all of the economic and humanitarian struggles our world is going through right now, we need compassion and honesty. We don't need opportunistic price gougers like Len the Plumber. Don't get duped.

Your plumber Michael was knowledgeable and completely explained the job that needed to be done. He was professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. I finally found a great plumber with fair prices and no hidden cost. I will definitely recommend. We can finally take a comfortable shower. Thank you ud83dude4fud83dude0a

My husband called around eight last night.John Blythe arrived this afternoon.He shared information about the type of faucets available and warranties.After my husband and I decided on the faucet,John went to work.His work was and is efficient.He got the job done in a timely manner.Faster than I expected.End result,Great! The service technician, Manny Ruiz, was very professional and friendly, detailed in his analysis of the problem and its resolution and thorough in his work. He provided options and discussed them with me. He had to order and pick up a pump and come back the next day. He was courteous and called to tell me that he had to go to 3 different supply stores to pick up the appropriate pump. After finishing the repairs, he disinfected the area and cleaned it thoroughly. I highly recommend Manny.
