I shopped around for a new water heater and John's Reliable Plumbing offered the best price for the model I was looking for and was able to do it quickly. The installers were courteous, paid attention to COVID protocols and did a great job on the install. About a day later they followed up with a Thank You note. I would hire them again and recommend them without any hesitation.
I've been a customer of John's Reliable Plumbing several times in the past, and always have had a good experience. Today, I called them for an emergency. We had a tropical storm today, and there was significant rainfall all day. I noticed that my sump pump was not running, and the sump pit was nearly full. I checked the power and float to eliminate any potential causes, and everything looked ok. I called John's and they had someone in my house 37 minutes after I hung up the phone. That was amazing. Pump needed replacing, which was done without any issues or drama. Highly recommend!

We had a serious sewer line blockage. I called John's Reliable early morning.They arrived that morning. Joe was very polite and professional. He worked in the rain doing what he could to clear the blockage. The drain needed to be flushed with high pressure water. He came back within a short time with another worker and the equipment needed, flushed the pipe, checked with a camera and job done. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Johns Reliable for your plumbing and drain cleaning problems.
Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. Delt with my issue quickly and efficiently. I would use them again anytime. I highly recommend this company!!
