We had an urgent plumbing issue. We looked up plumbers and came across Hastings plumbers. We called, they said they’d be over in 20 mins and Jim was there in 20 mins. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. He fixed a job that was done by someone else. His pricing was reasonable and the job was done in a timely fashion. We’ll definitely be using his services in future, if need be and we highly recommend him.

I found this company on Home Advisor, they contacted me in less than 30 minutes, came over same morning and gave a free estimate that was very reasonable, came back same day and finished the entire large job by the end of the afternoon! They were fast, really courteous and cleaned up completely before they left. I am truly blown away by the experience. This was a first for me. I would recommend Hastings Plumbing in an instant to family and friends. Great job guys, can't thank you enough for fixing my disaster multiple plumbing/piping and toilet problems all in one day!

Jim Hastings plumbing and heating was not only professional but did excellent work, was available last minute and very clean and respectful. They are diligent and actually take pride in their work! They are good honest plumbers which are unfortunately hard to come by!nnA little background - i had them come out to price a job for new laundry valves and to install a pressure reducing valve at the main water. They were very friendly and honest and reasonably priced. However I had a home warranty so I decided to go through the home warranty contractor so that I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket. The home warranty contractor completely botched the job, removed an unnecessary amount of drywall, and instead of getting the part to fit my situation, they decided to get whatever part they first saw at the supplier and make it fit causing the large holes in my drywall and reducing my drain pipe from 2in to 1.5in pipe which is not to code. I kicked them out before they could finish the reducing valve at the main.nnI then called Jim Hastings to come out and take a look at the work that was done by someone else that he had originally came out to price. He was not offended or upset at all and was more than willing to take a look and let me know the damage. He was very professional and kind.nnI had him come and fix what the other contractors did and he did an amazing job, did not charge me extra, and was very willing to work with me and my situation.
