We were very pleased in every way. The work team was very skilled and courteous. Our telephone calls were always answered or promptly returned. The quality of work far exceeded our expectations. These guys did a great job! And they were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We’ve already had a few days of heavy rain and our basement is totally dry!
I was having water issues in my basement, I called Best Choice and Mike came out. He gave me a fair quote for all the work that was going to be done - filling two foundation cracks on the inside of the house, installing a sump pump and filling a foundation crack on the outside of the house. Only took one day for all the work to be done, the crew was professional and answered any questions I had during the process. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I had to call a week after the pump was installed for something to be fixed and they immediately came out to fix it.nnI had such a great experience with this company and crew that I am bringing them back to install another sump pump system and do some concrete work! I just can’t say enough good things.

Had them come look at our crawl space, and they told me that for what I needed done (putting down a vapor barrier) I could save money and do it myself. Appreciated the honesty and integrity, rather than trying to make the sale at all costs.
