Excellent service and the owner was very nice and easy to talk to!
I think this place is top notch. I feel as though it is worth the expense. Suits are expensive and you want someone who does a good job consistently in my opinion. The owner is courteous and pleasant every time i go there.
I brought my son's suits to Chichester cleaners for a bad mildew smell due to basement storage. It had a couple spots on them but I usually wash them and it comes right out. The lady told me she could not do it in on day that it would take a couple days. That's fine. I came to picks up the suits and the smell was still there. More so in the inside. So seems to me they only cleaned the surface. I asked her did I still have to pay full price which was $43. She told me they don't do any guarantees. Unapologetic, she pretty much just waved me off. Offered nothing at all. So not happy. Extra money for so called organic dry cleaning and nothing was cleaned
Excellent service and work
This place is extremely high in price. I will never go back. I feel like I was robbed!!!!! Lesson learned ask for a total on your garments before you hand them over.
