In my 20 years of buying, selling, and even building a home I have never encountered such knowledgeable and generous staff in the real estate business. In fact, it is hard to believe Peter Tran is in this industry, as he and his incredibly professional and competent staff have raised the bar for the entire profession. Premier Realty went WELL above and beyond to assist me in home repairs, and in an expeditious manner in order to have my home on the market quickly. This proved successful as I had an offer in a week. They are realistic and logical about home values, costs, and marketing. Throughout the delicate balance of negotiations, Premier once again excelled in communication and efficiency every step of the way. Getting to the finish line and closing requires dedication, hard work, and great salesmanship, and Peter Tran is a master at all of these. Great people skills, honesty, and a humble spirit surround this company which makes you, the customer, lucky to have them on your side. I have never written an online review, but Premier has my eternal appreciation and gratitude for making my sale happen quickly, economically, and surprisingly, all the while enjoying the process.

I’ve known Carol for years & Premier came through for me in my hour of need. I had sold my condo and needed a place to live within 2 weeks. I called and they found me the perfect place in Bayberry in Middletown. I highly recommend giving Premier a call to see if they can do for you what they did for me! They have been very responsive with all of my needs. I’m not sure what’s going on with the negative reviews, but do not believe them. Premier will absolutely take great care of you.

I’m in the process of trying to rent a home through them and I’ve had a very pleasant experience working with them so far. their agent named cailey is a very nice person and a pleasure to communicate and go through this process with. She has been very helpful, friendly and professional. Also, an agent named carol was very kind when I called in after cailey had left for the day, carol gladly helped me and answered all of my questions.nnI’m honestly not sure why there’s so many negative reviews for the company on here but personally I have had nothing but good experiences with anyone I’ve spoken with. I would give them a try if you’re looking for a realestate company.

I have been working with Premier Realty, (Carol and Peter), for over 10 years. I have used them for all areas of my real estate needs including: buying, selling and renting. I highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable and professional and I can always count on them to get the job done.
