Beware of the contractors sponsored on the DelREIA website and do your due diligence to vet contractors listed on their site. More specifically, beware of Shannon Builders, Inc. Wayne Shannon of Shannon Builders, Inc of Middletown, DE is not a real builder, but a trained estimator who sub-contracts to the lowest cost, incompetent tradesman. I have nothing against DelREIA, just the one contractor advertised on their site. If thinking about hiring Wayne Shannon of Shannon Builders, Inc, please ask Wayne Shannon for Mr. Morton's contact details for a reference for the work he did on my home's Bellemoor Street new addition. If he will not provide, walk away. Mr. Shannon is a great saleman, but not a builder. Beware.
