Better check your lumber stock and do a little better q.c. on it. I wasn't the only 1 in the store on 11/6/ 20 complaining about quality and price. Hardly found any 1×3 furring strip that was only good for fire starter.nOn another note, miss Elizabeth was again at the check out register, One of the greatest people that work in the store. Always pleasant and always asking if I found what I needed.

Shopped early on Black Friday. Snagged some good sale items for us and for gifts. Buy of the day was a beautiful variegated pointsettia in multiple colors. Gorgeous!

I like Home Depot most of the time. It more a 3 1/2 stars. The help in the store is mixed. Sometimes it's great and other times they're like ghosts. If the service was more consistently good, I would probably shop there more often.

First time using pick up via box. Not. Good experience. Had to go to desk. Staff there very friendly and helpful. Not sure if I will do that box again

Employees were nice, especially James at checkout. But I needed to visit the little boys to while I was there, and of course, no soap in the dispenser. The door swings inward, so you have to pull it towards you, which means that you have to touch the knob. A guy using one of the stalls leaves without washing his hands, and now I have to leave without thoroughly washing mine and touch the same knob he just did. No paper towels...just air dry machines. The only reason I was there was because the Home Depot on Naaman's Road that I usually go to was out of a particular ceiling light, so I had to drive 12 miles down to this one to get it. When I get it back to the house to install it, the lamp shade is bent and crumpled. Real nice. Won't be going back to this location.
