I've been coming here since they opened. I won't say they're perfect but they do a better job than anyone else in the area. The automated wash does a good job and the detailing crew is usually responsible. Pricing is fair and worth it.

I took my car through the car wash. Pulled into one of the vacuum and self detail areas. Two of my car mats disappeared. A couple of the associates looked and asked around but coolant find them. I was busy finishing up my car and noticed my mats were missing. I guess I have to purchase replacements. Not happy about that. On a fixed income but like to treat myself every now and then. Some treat!!

Went to get my car washed and detailed. Used this place before and had a great experience but not this time. First my windows were streaked and smeared and barely vacuumed the car. But then when they told me my car was done I still had to wait 20 minutes to leave because an employee didn’t want to move his car that was blocking the bay. Had to wait until customer behind my car was done so I could back out of the bay. Workers were very unprofessional and very rude. Seems like when the owner is not there they do what ever they want. Not how you run a business. For paying $30 for a wash and detail you would expect more professionalism. Went there to try and make my day easier by not having to clean the car myself but ended up coming home to just have to redo it. Manager on duty was rude and really didn’t care. Had to clean car myself and I’m out $30 for a shorty wash and detail

Really dissatisfied. I have been going regularly since they opened and have been a very loyal customer. During Covid i stayed away waiting for things to settle down. Initially, everything was great. Today was a completely different service. I should have known when the 3 cars before me in the detail service were still being worked on when he told me my car was done. I sat and waited nearly 1 minutes for the cars in front of me to be completed. The inside windshield was never cleaned. Had to come home and do it myself. The back leather seats were never wiped down. I tip generously for this services because I know these guys rely on it. But after paying for the wash, the detail and a $10 tip I feel completely let down. The owner was no where is site when he is usually present. Really disappointed and will have to think twice before purchasing the detail service again.
