Low on soap

Best wash closest to where I live touch free works good aswell but most of the time it's not working, some of the employees are hard working and wana help overall I would give 5 stars if washes worked correctly more frequently.

I used one of their automated car washes which missed several things on my car and my windshield. I pulled around and went through the more expensive machine, and it still did not clean my car.

I want to get a car wash at the spray off area and was charged $10 can someone please remove this or is this a pre-authorize thing either way it should not be there at all I am very disappointed and probably will not be returning
