Personalized service, sincere concern and desire to meet your needs is what is offered at Mary Peirson Realty. Ms Harris is truly helpful and professional and would not have done what was stated in the negative review. This is a business that has been around a lot of years and she would never destroy her reputation by saying and doing what was stated. Contact her and see for yourself.

In regard to the poor review listed here, I do not believe this allegation is from a real customer. Ms. Harris, the realtor, has never had a customer of this name nor would she ever treat a customer this way. She was my realtor when I purchased my home, and I know her to be a highly professional and principled individual.

Not sure who this “Don Mula” is - but he is way off base.nIt takes very little to type a review that someone is a racist - and then forget that you are impugning the reputation of someone who does nothing but try to help people. Ask anyone in Middletown DE that doesn’t have an axe to grind - and they will tell you that Mary is the most dedicated and honest person they know.nRead the other reviews - and take the word of someone who has known Mary for almost 10 years - she is great at her job and great at being a human being.You can’t go wrong if you hire her.

This lady was completely rude and arrogant. She mentioned racial accusations when I clearly had my documents presented. She want four times the amount of rent she says. She was trying to create oppression. I felt very cofused. I figure I would let the people know. Sorry thing are this way in the world. She won't stop my progress. I'll just move around The Mary Pearson Oppression.
