The team was fantastic! My main line to the house was leaking and I was quoted $3k+ from everyone else to fix it and the competitors didn’t identify the issue before giving me that quote. Stay True found the leak, and was able to fix it for a fraction of the price. They were also extremely polite the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Stay True Plumbing has been one of the most responsive and professional companies I’ve ever worked with. I was able to get them onsite for a quote within a day and work scheduled within a week for some non emergency plumbing work. They arrived on time, wore booties to protect our flooring, explained the system after install, left the area clean and was just overall so great to work with, will be hiring them for our next project, can’t recommend them enough!!

Contacted Stay True on 3-3-20 for an issue with basement bathroom plumbing. Received same day service in under 2 hrs. Randy and Daniel came and diagnosed the problem, simple sump pump issue resolved, no charge. From my experience, this company seems very reliable and fair. I recommend. BTW Shirley who answered my initial call was great and even called back to inform me when Randy and Daniel were on their way.
