Didn’t have time to eat there but asked to use the restroom and we were granted permission. Although you weren’t allowed to eat inside. We did notice that it was very clean. Allen and James were really nice. I WOULD go back.

I don’t take the time to review fast food very often but this Taco Bell deserves a fantastic review. I haven’t had great luck with small town Taco Bell’s....food is usually luke warm, taco shells are stale, service is extremely slow etc. I’ve eaten more Taco Bell than I care to admit in my 40 years, and this had to be in my top 5 best experiences. I ordered on the app for drive thru service. Service was prompt and friendly. When I pulled my burrito out of the bag I could feel the heat coming off it. I ordered it grilled and usually it comes out with just a barely noticeable toast. Not this time, it was amazing! My daughter who eats Taco Bell only when forced on road trips even commented. “These are the best Taco Bell tacos I’ve ever had! They are hot and taste fresh!” That’s something coming from her. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!

We were soo glad the sitting area was open. Driving from Illinois, so many places were closed, and when you gotta go and you are so hungry, Taco Bell in Holbrook, NM was awesome! Clean bathrooms and quick, fresh hot food and great service... was wonderful to enjoy. Thank you

When you get more than three cars pulled forward at once, you don't just keep taking orders without telling them how long the backlog of people needing to get their food is, and make them wait for over 20 minutes with a full parking lot, especially in the middle of the lunch rush. You also should give people straws with their drinks before telling them to pull forward in the drive-through

Just like any other taco bell's same product as other, nothing special about this one. Hit and miss on the staff, and food quality. Same prices, as other restaurants. Speed of service depending on what time it is. Food was hot and received correct order. Wish they had more coupons /deals, but they have value menu if money is issue.
