I lived in Pebble Hills for 9 years. The 1st few years I would get water in the apt after it would rain. The problem was eventually handled and it never happened again. Maintenance issues were always handled in a timely matter for me.nThe price really didn't increase much in all those years. I was really please with the new management, Gloria was always so pleasant, a ray of sunshine after the lasr manager.nI will miss Pebble hills, the area was quiet yet surrounded by so many conveniences.

They care very little about your & your maintenance needs. Maintenance takes their time and are very disrespectful. They literally just patch over things instead of fixing issues. They advertised free water when I moved in here, and then made me sign an addendum saying I was responsible for water costs. Overall, bad experience. You can tell the manager your issues and she will pretend to care, but doesn’t fix issues or concerns. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Our parents have lived here for a couple of years. It is an old building but they keep it pretty good. Service staff does a nice job.nI Am Really looking forward to new owners or management to upgrade .nIt is cost competitive .nnI wish they had handicap Ramps.nI also hope for new management to keep up with cleanliness in hallways and common areas.nnThe location is excellent .
