Thank you so much to Barbra for the wonderful tour around the community. It was so peaceful. I am happy to say that I do feel comfortable and see myself living at Chateau for long term.

Barbara the property manager is super helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. The property has some great views and nature around the creek. They have also upgraded the outside common areas to allow people to play with dogs, throw horseshoes and barbeque.

I left and they never answered my call or called me back to provide info about my deposit money. The manager ignored my email and never returned my calls. They don't realize that everyone is a potential client or that I could recommend others to come. Horrible service. The apartment was also a mess when I moved in.

Paid the application fee, and the woman in the leasing office Barbara, gave so much hope.and said she would be in touch and never did. I called her a few times and she kept putting me off. Finally I get a text saying there are no more apartments until November. really?? they just want to take your money and lie to you. The least you could of done was get back with a reason.
