The employees act like they don't want to work there. They never sound happy. They rush you at the order board. Then they take forever getting you your food. They take your payment by hand. Give your drinks by hand. Then put you hand bagged food in this clear bin to give to you. What's that about?
Today we placed our order through the drive thru. We went to the first window and they were having problems with their computers so they asked us to go to the second window. They were still having an issue but still gave us the food as our kids were getting restless in the back. They couldn’t find our order to charge us and instead of making us pull up and wait they told us not to worry about it and to have a great day. What great customer service!!! We will definitely be returning customers!
I love taco bell. This location however got my order wrong. Because the bag was sealed i didn't check it right away. I asked for beef not chicken.
