Absolutely horrendous staff and owners, refuse to answer questions about HOA fees and were told that we didn't matter and that he would fine us if we didn't pay his extortionist style tactics of raising the fees randomly without just cause or explanation.nnStay far far away from anything with Lenape or RAMUNNO's name on it.nnSlumlords...they operate under many names and businesses to try and hide everything.

Dear Sir. Your dispute is with your Homeowners Association, not Lenape Properties Management Inc. Note also you should pay your Homeowners Association invoices on time since failing to do so not only lets your community and neighbors down it also exposes you to liability for collection costs such as attorney's fees, court costs, late fees, and damage to your credit.
