Burgers are great and service is great! You do have to be understanding on busy nights like Friday and Saturday since all orders are custome and cooked fresh. Be patient, on the bright side they have yet to get an order wrong.
The food was as I expected. The problem is that I ordered online so I could pick it up and get in and out quickly. It seems like they don't make online orders until you get there which defeats the purpose.
We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve! Great food and place, but good customer service is important!
Everything seems to be fine, but there are some staff that needs to observe but still good customer service!!
Great fries, even better burgers. It's become my regular Friday night goto dinner. Friendly staff, clean place, and their online ordering is the best. They call out my name when I walk in to pick up my order 90% of the time. Very attentitive to their customers. That kind of service you just don't see anymore.
