We had major problems with are last uniform company. When I called UniFirst,I met with the sales rep. Tommy Hart who came out to are shop and helped us get everything straightened out. He also went above and beyond giving us pointers to get away from are other uniform company. He was never pushy about anything at all. Won't lie at the very beginning there were a few issues getting started. But between Tommy and the lady in the office Katie everything worked out perfect. I have not had much contact with Tommy since the beginning, but Katie in the office has to be the best ever. When you call with a problem she finds a solution immediately. Katie is the absolute best.

Management is unresponsive to requests. The clothing comes back dirty and we've had issues of clothing not coming back at all. Read the fine print before you sign up for this type of service. Contracts with Unifirst auto-renew without notice for five years. I called to cancel our contract in 2017 and they told me we were in a contract until 2018. When I called back to cancel in 2019 they stated we were locked in to another 5 year contract that auto-renewed. We have 12 employees on the service and when you request to cancel they send you an estimate of $24,000+ to cancel the agreement. This company is difficult to work with and the service is less than adequate. I do NOT recommend.
