I’ve sent several emails and no one has got back to me yet about my holding fee. There was a $300 holding fee but since there was no apartment to hold I was told I would be issued a check sent to my current address. It’s been over a month and I have not received my money nor has anyone responded to emails.

If I could give you zero stars I would!! How dare you put my whole family on the street after giving you 2,000 dollars in one month!!! I was told we were ok to stay and that you would work with my family but you thought it was better to make us homeless. May god bless you and keep you. I hope you can sleep at night knowing you lied saying that you wouldn't work with me while you took my money from my family with your right hand. You are worst then thieves!!

I have No complaints. I've been here going on 4 yrs and I must say the transformation has been a success thus far. Office staff Mrs Natalie, Leslie, Liz, are consistent and pleasant. They go the extra step to make this complex tenant friendly where you can be happy to call it home. Its good to have consistency in staff.
