This would be the perfect apartment if the walls were not paper thin. The apartments are updated, everything works, maintenance is fast if there is a problem, nice room sizes, the office lady is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, the local elementary school is AMAZING, and the rent is very affordable.

Just recently moved out of this development. I found Mold all throughout my apartment - I reported it and maintenance took their sweet time coming to bleach down the molded spots. Management advised me that the mold was caused by a pipe bursting in the basement of the building but when I asked them to reimburse me for my damaged property - $1500 worth of my personal belongings they flipped it and said that the mold was due to my own fault due to incorrect use of AC when I asked how they came to that conclusion - they couldn’t. Don’t waste your time residing at this establishment. Come to find out Management knew there was mold in the ENTIRE building bc my neighbor also had BLACK MOLD in her apartment & management failed to let the other residents know and I had a newborn baby residing in my apartment with me.nnSpend your money elsewhere in a safe & mold free apartment!

My nephew lives here and is the maintenance guy here looked nice inside when I visit my nephew not sure about pricing go online check for yourself
