The Newark police are very good at their job. While they protect the public, they are also concerned with those who are victims of crime. Understanding how traumatizing crime can be, the officers I have dealt with, have taken time to help process and validate those feelings survivors often have. Kudos to the best police department in Delaware, in my opinion
They literally try to get you for things you didn’t even do, even if you’re not intoxicated they’re somehow going to find a way to blow a .5% on you, if you’re driving the speed limit they’ll find a way to make you have gone 20 over. These are the most corrupt cops I have ever seen in my entire life, and I haven’t been more ashamed of trying to become a cope than when I come across the “police officers” that work in this location.nThis place is literally a disgrace to this state.
Weekend warriors looking to get you for things you haven’t done to look good for a two bit PD. This PD is an absolute JOKE.
Talk about a terribly run organization. This police department clearly doesn't have their priority's set straight. Instead of trying to curtail students drinking (because you know it's just like most Universities) how about focus on the bigger issues at hand such as the all the other crimes that go on in the city of Newark. Students are not the problem it's incompetent city officials.
MY DAUGHTERS HAVE BEEN HARASSED, STALKED, BULLIED, AND EVEN ASSAULTED BY A COUPLE OF RESIDENTS IN A CONDO COMPLEX. MY DAUGHTER HAD A BRUISE ON HER ARM. THE NEWARK POLICE DID NOTHING. THEY WILL ONLY DO SOMETHING IF YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH THEM. I RECORDED ONE OFFICER SAYING RIDICULOUS THINGS TO MY DISABLED DAUGHTER FROM BEHIND THE DOOR.
