I attempted to use this service. I contacted the number listed on the site, no answer and voicemail did not pick up. My call was returned however by Brandon. He seemed very nice even offered to come out that night around 8:00. That time didn’t work for me, however we scheduled for 9AM the next morning. No one showed up or called to reschedule. I sent a text stating no one showed up or called to reschedule. I inquired if I could have the appointment rescheduled. NO RESPONSE. I called and spoke with Brandon and he said “Oh yeah, I remember sorry about that. Can I call you back in about 5 minutes? I confirmed he had my number, NO RETURN CALL. While I understand may have been busy or caught up on something, I don’t think I’ve encountered a business that operates that way.

After getting in contact with Clark Handy Pros, Brandon came to my retail store to come fix a pipe that was leaking water above my bathroom.nnAt this point there were a ton of unused fixtures making it quite difficult to do the work but Brandon managed to make it work..nnThe estimated price was fair and reasonable and I really appreciated the customer service he rendered.nnI would call him again if I needed plumbing services!nnAlso he is COVID Friendly and is very safe with making sure he protects himself and others!

Brandon was wonderful from the moment he picked up my call. He came right away and fixed our leaking gas line in no time. Good price, friendly service. We will be calling Clark's again for future plumbing needs!

I found leaky pipe on a Sunday that was a result of my DIY bathroom renovation. Brandon Clark answered the call and showed up same afternoon. Repair was done quickly, neatly, and for a fair price. I already have lined up 2 more jobs with him. Great work!
