Waffle House

Drove from P.A. with my girl to try the famous Waffle House today and was thoroughly excited. Upon entering I noticed that the floors are very slippery and at least seven workers behind the counter. We get seated and place an order for chocolate milk. These chocolate milk beverages lacked anything that possibly make it chocolatey or good and they don't have any syrup to improve it. Fine.nnWe placed our food orders and waited almost half an hour for a hash bowl, 3 waffles and bacon. The bacon came out extremely greasy, the waffles did not taste as good as I remember, and they did not have butter!! How you not have butter and be so understaffed. The service was very lackluster and ultimately we returned home quite disappointed. This place needs huge reform.

Food was great. The waitress is always friendly. You get so much food for the price. You will definitely leave there feeling full. Even if there is a line, they are able to get you seated and served pretty quickly. A great place to get breakfast.

It's been 7 years since I've been back to Waffle House and am glad to be back for a great breakfast. Food is still yummy for the tummy. Thanks for filling my belly.

Friendly staff and delicious food.

Food came out fast, which was perfect. They were closing up and decided to saturate the floor while people were still eating. My opinion, wait to do that, so noone slips and falls. Other than that, all was good.
