Arby's

I usually don’t have an issue with this Arby’s and love their Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. However today we were given what looked like the basic ingredients of a turkey sandwich on a normal bun... usually it comes in a wrap with white bread and is amazing. This came in a box with a bun, melted cheese, what tasted like honey mustard, no mayo, no ingredients that were suppose to be on it, and falling apart. We were charged full price a sandwich that was incorrect. My boyfriend got the market fresh turkey Swiss and his was perfectly fine. Don’t know why mine wasn’t at all what I ordered. Looked like a beef and cheddar but with turkey. :/nnMy advice, if you want a market fresh sandwich, check your order. Make sure it’s made properly or you’ll end up wasting the money. If they make it right, you’ll love it. It’s my favorite thing on their menu. Kinda disappointed I wasted the money and got something I didn’t want.

The new cheese steak sandwich is easily the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. As soon as I opened the box I knew I should have just asked for my money back. It looks NOTHING like the picture and it did not taste good. The service was great, and I've eaten here once before and it was very good, but today literally turned me off of Arby's. I strongly recommend to everyone reading this not to get the new prime rib cheese steak and to get anything else on the menu.

I go to this Arby's location very frequently, and it is amazingly kept! Nothing but kudos to the manager and employees. My order has never been wrong, and the staff is always very polite and professional.

The beef and cheddar and the ham and Cheddars are the best thing offered in Newark to eat

Zero stars!! I was coming through drive thru waiting by the side glass door, as I’m waiting I see what looks like it could be a manager? She had no hat on and a black collard shirt, so I am assuming it is. She was coming from the bathroom with another MALE employee, they both stop and start to kiss each other as im pulling up to make my order! At that point I left, especially with everything going on with covid. Very disappointed, as I usually come to this Arby’s once a week.
