Bob and his team have gone above and beyond to accommodate me in everyway possible, especially during this pandemic. I've been renting from Harrison Properties for over a year now and would recommend to my own family. Any time there has been minor maintenance needed at property, I notify them and it is handled within the day. All who work in the office are always so pleasant and timely with their response whenever you reach out. Cant thank Bob and his team enough for making renting such a pleasant experience.

Since the moment I contacted Bob and his team everything was a breeze. He went out of his way to meet me after hours and tour apartments, helped accommodate my moving dates, and any issues I had while living in the apartment were fixed faster then any other place I have stayed. I definitely recommend Harrison Properties if you're considering buying or renting in the trolley square area.

Bob Harrison, Heather, and the Harrison Property staff have never disappointed. Bob was a big help as I made my move from NYC to Wilmington, DE recently. I'm grateful for his assistance and consideration as I viewed apartments. When it came time to sign, Heather made things simple and stress free. I used Harrison as a property manager for my home for 7 years then most recently to sell it. My property was under contract within four days, and the entire sale went smoothly. Having seasoned Realtors makes all the difference. Jan and Bob Harrison gave me sound advice on everything from the right listing price to repairs. Whenever a potential issue came up, they always had advice on how to best tackle it. They are well known and respected in the field, and the relationships they have built with everyone from contractors to the buyer's Realtor to the buyer's legal team served me well during the sale. I also was selling the property while living an hour away, which could have been a headache if it wasn't for their assistance, whether it was to make sure the AC was at the right temperature before a showing or pulling the water meter reading for me before settlement. I am so grateful I had Jan and Bob on my side and would highly recommend them for property management or for buying or selling a home.

I would definitely rent from Harrison Properties again - the online platform to pay rent and submit maintenance requests was incredibly easy, and everyone who I worked with (maintenance people, landlord, Joan and Heather) were incredibly efficient and great at what they do!
