IPS are the worst property management.nThey are So rude. Christina is the worst person to work with. She don’t respect no one in our community. Everyone hate her.nWe are taking them to court to get rid of them. Do not hire them.

Our developments property manager - Kelly Ashton is phenomenal. I locked myself out at 7AM on. Saturday morning, worried I’d have to shell out money and buy a new lock via a locksmith, Kelly was here in 20 minutes with a spare key for my home. She went above and beyond, and made a stressful situation so much easier.nnThank you!

They are the worst!!! Their book keeping and management skills are awful!! Our condo community utilizes this company and ever since they have acquired the contract they have sent me a invoice stating that I've been late on my payments. I have NEVER sent them a late payment. Then, I give them the canceled check numbers and they still send late invoices. At this point I feel singled out and harassed by this company. Who ever does their book keeping needs took me retrained!
