WAY overpriced for the location, condition and things that happen here. The upper management doesnt even treat the employees well. Most places give a discount to the ones who live and work at a complex. Not here. And the roaches are AWFUL. No matter how clean you are you will get roaches and possibly bed bugs. They are updating some apartments but they still over charge. Ive been here 3 years now and theyve sprayed maybe twice for roaches in those 3 years. Again not worth the money at all. Also the one office woman (her name starts with an r I believe) seems to always be in a mood or causing drama or just stuck up in general. And the owner seems to not care at all about this place. Sad.Otherwise staff is great.nnAlso when the pandemic (COVID 9) first started and so many people were out of work and behind on rent. They still handex out kate notices and court dates. No empathy or understanding.nnoffice

Do not rent here. HUGE roach problem. Go somewhere else! I’ve lived here for 4 years, stuck here till my lease is up. they’ve been trying to make this place look really nice to cover up all the problems. There’s a huge roach problem which the office does nothing about. Laundry rooms never work and are dirty, hallways are always filthy, maintenance is horrible I cannot say that enough. People at the office are only nice when you first meet them. Don’t live here. I seriously do not recommend and I’ve been here for 4 years.

!!!!DONT MOVE HERE!!!! I’ve had cockroaches in my apartment for the past 3 months after living here for 4 years and I’m a very clean person so I know it’s just the apartment that has them. the office has literally sent someone out once and they were here treating for 5 minutes. 2 weeks later and I still have them. Office won’t do anything about it. So disgusting

As soon as we become aware of any infestations, we take action by contacting our professional exterminating company. If our company cannot come out within the day, we take immediate measures ourselves to lessen the problem until the exterminators arrive.nnWe recently changed exterminating companies and are having great success with our new company.nnBest Regards,nMcKay Management
