We are neighbors of their property on Glenrich Avenue in Richardson Park. We have had nothing but problems since Myer & Myer has taken over the management of this complex...The trash bill apparently was not paid, due to the fact, the trash co. Took their dumpster leaving the residents to throw their trash in the parking lots!!! All of us neighbors called management to be treated w/rudeness, not professional at all. We called and asked management to please send memo to residents asking them to please not block our driveway, again to be treated w/rudeness and slamming the phone in my ear. The neighbors on this block will not hesitate to call the county, police and politicians if necessary. We will Not tolerate slum landlords on this street!!

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM MEYER & MEYER!!! THEY ARE SLUMLORDS & ONLY CARE OF COLLECTING THEIR RENT MONEY!!!! IF IT WAS UP TO ME, THEY WOULDN’T EVEN GET ONE STAR. And please DO NOT RENT AT THEIR PROPERTY 2307 NORTH HARRISON STREET!!!!! THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH MICE AND THEY NEVER SEND ANYONE TO CLEAN THE HALLWAYS OR GROUNDS OF THE BUILDING. I have so many pictures & videos documenting the filth of this buliding during my year there it’s disgusting!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience using this company to manage my property when I moved out of the state. Nothing but lies, stress and aggravation. They did absolutely NOTHING to manage the property or properly vet the terrible renters who damaged my home, just collected fees each month. An utter rip-off. As several have warned, don't transact ANY business with this company unless you want a colossal headache. If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have.

I wish I could give this rental office no stars I had a septic back up in my old apartment which was owned by Meyer and Meyer which was a one bedroom and I had a wonderful landlord at first which they no longer work for. Meyer and Meyer never informed me of the change. So I thought they where doing me a favor by moving me to a two bedroom. When I moved in there was no a/c and it was the middle of summer. Then I had a horrible mold problem that was half managed. Then when winter came I had a mouse infestation so bad license and inspection Condemned the property. And if your landlord is Dave expect for him never to answer or return your phone calls. Then I had to go through Court with them and the case was dismissed in my favor but now I’m trying to get a new apartment but every rental office says they never send the paperwork I did the same and still no answer SO BEWARE THEY ARE SLUM LANDLORDS!

Management is horrible. Please keep looking. They do not fix anything. We had so many issues in our 3 years there. I hate circumstances kept us stuck for so long. So glad to finally be free of this horrible management company.
